The fourth issue of Sega Saturn Magazine from February 1996. While the previous issue featured a free demo disc, this one did not and this would become a worrying trend for the magazine. While the official Playstation Magazine would set a standard of offering a free playable demo disc every month, Sega just couldn't keep up and despite there being nearly 40 issues of the magazine, you can count the demos available on your hands.
Note: While Legend of Thor appears on the cover, the game (later retitled The Story of Thor 2 in PAL regions) never made it to the magazine from Japan in time. So a small apology is written in the news section.

Contents & Features
Sega Saturn News - First screens of a new Sonic game from AM2 (this project would never appear on the console and instead would become the Arcade exclusive Sonic The Fighters / Sonic Championship). There is also a brief announcement of a Saturn exclusive Sonic platformer with some very rough images, this would ultimately turn into Sonic X-treme which would never see the light of day. Bug 2 in development. Hitachi Hi-Saturn goes on sale in Japan. Manga films launch on Video CS. First news on Saturn Bomberman.
In Development - Short form previews of Magic Carpet, World War 2 (which I assume is World Advanced Daisenryaku: Sakusen File which never left Japan), Virtua Fighter CG Portrait (only released in Europe as a pack-in with Virtua Fighter Remix), Dragon Force, Congo (never released in Europe), Victory Goal 2 (which I assume is J.League Victory Goal ’96 which never released in Europe but did become the basis for Sega Worldwide Soccer '97), Dead Heat (renamed Highway 2000 in Europe), Gundam (presumably Mobile Suit Gundam, never released in Europe) and August Golf (No idea what this became but it certainly didnt release under that name).
Coin operated - Coverage of the latest arcade games that could come to Saturn. This month featured Sonic the Fighters (which sadly never made it to Saturn), Funky Head Boxers (which did make it to Japanese consoles) and a first look at the actual arcade cabinet for Manx TT SuperBike which would become a saturn port the following year.
