Acorn User was one of the leading UK-based computing magazines for users of Acorn Computers, primarily covering the BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, and later the Risc PC. First launched in 1983, it became an essential resource for Acorn enthusiasts and educators, offering reviews, programming tutorials, and hardware advice. Aimed at hobbyists, teachers, and professionals, Acorn User provided a platform for the vibrant Acorn community to connect and explore the capabilities of their systems. The magazine ran until 1998 and was a key publication during the height of Acorn’s popularity in the UK.
